Ebert Huaman Anaerobic Gesha, Peru, 150g (Gesha)

This anaerobic, double fermentation Gesha from Finca Artemira, cultivated at an altitude of 1,900 MASL, displays a refined flavour profile reminiscent of jasmine, peach and rose tea, underpinned by a robust, tannic depth. 

Don Gallego Natural, Colombia, 150g (Rare)

This naturally processed Castillo is cultivated at 1,810-1,940 MASL in Buena Vista. It offers a profile bursting with juicy berry fruits and distinctly rich, fermented finish.  

Bella Vista Rosado, Colombia, 250g (Discovery)

Cultivated at 1,800 MASL, this washed Rosado offers a syrupy texture with citric notes and unique aromatics.

Oakland H-1 Honey, El Salvador, 250g (Foundation)

Cultivated at 1100MASL, the H-1 hybrid cultivar undergoes honey processing to yield a cup noted for its balanced, rich chocolate and nutty undertones, complemented by a distinct sweetness

In nitrogen-flushed, valveless bags, oxygen content is reduced to under 3%, preserving optimal quality for up to 9 months.
